We Got A Long Way to Go

Now this is a guy I would vote for if I could. Lt. Col Allen West is running for the US Congress in Florida. He is the type of stand-up leader we need running for Congress and the US Senate in every state of the union! Watch this and I promise you will be inspired!

But you haven’t heard much lately about what’s his name . . . . you know the guy who blew away 13 innocent people (14 counting the unborn child in the womb of one of the victims) back in November at the Ft. Hood Army Base. It took me several search engine passes (Google, Yahoo, Bing) using the terms ‘Ft. Hood Update’ or ‘Ft. Hood Massacre update’ to even find anything more recent than November 13, 2009 on the first page of results.

Finally on Blogspot.com (generally more current and newsworthy than the lame-stream media) there’s a piece dated at least this year, Jan. 10, 2010. Why has the Army, the government and the press all swept the worst terrorist attack since 9/11 to occur on US soil under the rug? Finally, according to the LA Times online, a report soon to be released,

“Will pinpoint the military’s administrative failings leading up to the attack. Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a military psychiatrist, received reviews that allowed his career to advance despite concerns about inappropriate behavior — including charges that he proselytized to patients and discussed extremist Islamic views with colleagues, defense officials said.” ALL IN THE NAME OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS (my words).

If you don’t believe me look at how the Army (the US ARMY!) -one of the major branches of the United States military services, has just dissed Franklin Graham (Evangelist Billy Graham’s son) who was uninvited yesterday to speak at a Pentagon Prayer Service.

What was his offense? Well, it may have something to do with the fact that our own President does not understand that tolerance cannot be a one-way street claiming, “We are not a Judeo-Christian nation”.

Graham said: “He loves the Muslim people, just not their religion” — which he called “horrid” for its restrictions on women. He is sorry that he has been uninvited to the National Day of Prayer, but stands by his statements and says further, ‘”I want them to know that they don’t have to die in a car bomb, don’t have to die in some kind of holy war to be accepted by God.

Don’t forget, the goal of Islamists (not necessarily Muslims) is TO CONVERT EVERYONE ELSE TO THEIR FLAVOR OF RELIGION & SHARIA LAW -OR KILL THEM, Period. It’s that simple.

Aloha, Mikie

As a United States Army veteran (E-5) I couldn’t be any happier that this shallow, hateful man has been disinvited.

Soldiers are entitled to any religious belief or none at all, and the United States military has no business addressing or promoting any branch of religion, whether it be Christian, Islamic or Pink Unicorn.
