Mexican Prez Gets What He Deserves -a Snub From Republican Assemblyman Tim Donnelly Who Will Stage a Protest Over the Imprisonment of Sgt. Tahmooressi

I’ve heard it bandied about that perhaps Governor Jerry Brown of California may run for prez in 2016. Has he been great for California?? Some say so, but he loves higher taxes and he signed a law allowing elementary kids to choose bathroom preference based on sexual identity. He’s ok with allowing non-physicians to perform abortions. Calif is 48th out of 50 in its business tax climate. And Brown loves dreamers and is in favor of immigration. Not immigration control, but ‘come on up’ immigration. So I guess this may be my round about way of saying I’ve got no use for him as a presidential candidate. But this really ticks me off:  Brown’s giving a luncheon honoring Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto on Aug. 26 at the Governor’s mansion. Just what has Nieto done to earn the honor of dining as a special guest of the governor?

  • he opened the Pony Express highway from Central America north to our southern border
  • he relies on illegals from his country to shore up Mexico’s economy at great expense to our own
  • he thinks America should do more to welcome illegals; feed, educate, house, employ and provide free health care & he’s doing NADA to stop the porous border
  • he sits by (as does Obama!) while Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi sits in a Mexican jail nearly 5 months after mistakenly taking a wrong turn into Mexico

Republican Assemblyman Tim Donnelly declined his invitation to attend the luncheon, instead delivered a scathing response to Brown on Monday regarding the continued imprisonment of Marine Sgt. Andres Tahmooressi. And he will hold a protest on the day of the luncheon outside the front entrance of the Governor’s mansion in Sacramento.

And BTW, I didn’t hear a peep out of Obama, Gov. Brown or this Peña Nieto in response to a U.S. Border Patrol agent murdered in cold blood in front of his entire family on a recent Sunday by 2 illegal immigrants. None of those officials deserve our respect if you ask me!
