Birthright Citizenship & The 14th Amendment Clarified

Donald Trump says he’s going to end birthright citizenship and many Americans agree that he should. Birthright Citizen ship is the practice of granting automatic citizenship to children born in the United States thus creating possibly the numero uno issue (~yes, I’m practicing my Español and you too can learn Spanish with Rosetta Stone) attracting foreigners over our borders.

But too many people are confused on this issue thinking that the 14th Amendment’s citizenship clause protects birthright citizenship, including Judge Andrew Napolitano and Bill O’Reilly! BTW, we have birthright citizenship to thank for many of our homegrown citizen terrorists such as Anwar al Awlaki and Yaser Hamdi.

Bill O’Reilly, Judge Napalitano and most libs & yes even the RINOs either don’t know history or choose to ignore it because the 14th Amendment was adopted in 1868 to protect freed slaves after the Civil War as a result of the terrible Dred Scott decision. The author of the 14th Amendment, Senator Jacob Howard he told us what he meant while debating the clause. He defined who would fall within the ‘jurisdiction of the United States and who would not.

“Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, [meaning the states – their jurisdiction] is, by virtue of natural law and national law, a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”

Like I said if Donald Trump stays on track saying what he believes without the PC filter with his common sense ideas for making America great again, he may just get himself elected.
