Opps, Bump Stocks Approved Under Obama Administration & Other Truths

The now infamous bump stock which less than a week ago 99.9% of the population ~including most gun owners had never heard of, will now likely be banned with rare bi-partisan agreement as well as a happy White House and even the NRA falling in line.

The bump stock was approved by Obama’s ATF (alcohol, tobacco & firearms) in 2010. Why no celebrities calling for the execution of Obama and members of the ATF who legalized this after-market device allowing a semi-automatic rifle to be converted to an automatic rifle? Nancy Sinatra’s solution to these mass murder sprees is simple: execute all NRA members. Ouch, that would be me and 5 million other Americans. Nice move Nancy. That’s called genocide, totally okay with the violent left. Kill us all.

As as far a Jimmy Kimmel. Plaleeeeeeeeeeeze. What an idiot. Shooting his mouth off between his crybaby sobs. Why are Hollywood celebrities most of them, so stupid? I know the air isn’t the best in SoCal, but really. According to the oh-so-well informed Kimmel,

“The NRA has [Republican lawmakers’] balls in a money clip,” They should be praying for God to forgive them for letting the gun lobby run this country.”

The NRA has donated a paltry $3.5 million to all current member of Congress since 1998 -according the Washington Post. This figure pales in comparison to the millions donated by leftist organizations and individuals & corporations like Google, Facebook, Michael Bloomberg ($50 M) and Bill Gates ($2M), Paul Allen($1M), Open Secrets ($2.2 M,George Soros), and on and on. These same people and organizations also target politicians who support our 2nd Amendment gun rights.

Oh and BTW, Harvey Weinstein’s decades of sexual misconduct glossed over and covered up by the Hollywood elite and lefty progs may end his career. A career by the way, which made him & Hollywood millions on the gratuitous violence they love to portray in their movies. Sort of hypocritical doncha think?

According to Breitbart,

“You can bet the house that Bill and Hillary Clinton knew all about the rumors surrounding Weinstein’s indefensible behavior, and so did Barack and Michelle Obama, and so did every single Democrat who benefitted from Weinstein’s donations and mega-fundraising.”

With his company going broke (hasn’t had a hit in 5 years) and the New York Times finally outing his sexual misdeeds Harvey offers this lame excuse:

“I came of age in the ’60s and ’70s, when all the rules about behavior and workplaces were different. That was the culture then. I appreciate the way I’ve behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it.”

So what’s Harvey vowed to do now? Saying that he needs to channel his anger, Weinstein is going after the NRA and making a movie about President Trump ~hoping it will result in his retirement party. He’s just another sick liberal, like the Obamas, Sinatra, the Clintons, and Jimmy Kimmel. Apparently they cannot help themselves.

Food For Thought While We Wring Our Hands Over DACA

Lots of distraction these days. Hurricane Harvey has been taken off the front page by category 5 Irma, where by the way U.S. Virgin Islands Gov. Kenneth Mapp signed an emergency order allowing the seizure of private guns, ammunition, explosives and property the National Guard may need to respond to Hurricane Irma.

Wow. Never let a crisis go to waste. This also happened during Hurricane Katrina and it did not end well. Thankfully the NRA has threatened to sue if they don’t back off.

After the gun grab during Katrina Congress later passed the 2006 Disaster Recovery Personal Protection Act, which was meant to prohibit future confiscation of weapons during an emergency, but the progs never give up on disarming us.

Sorry, I got distracted. What I meant to talk about today was the danger of an EMP attack by Iran or North Korea. Ryan Mauro of Clarion Project talks about it here:

• A federal district struct down on July 26th the District of Columbia’s (or the district of corruption) law banning the public carry of ready-to-use handguns outside the home. Yep, it’s unconstitutional, violating our right to bear arms.
• Liberal Maryland loses business over their Firearm Safety Act of 2013 which banned a range of firearms and places restrictions on gun owners. Italian gunmaker Beretta announced recently it will relocate its U.S. headquarters from Maryland to Tennessee. So there. You don’t want our business, we’re outta here . . . . and taking 300 jobs with them!
• Another retail store bans open-carry. Ok, I happen to agree with this. There really is no compelling reason to go shopping at Target, or Starbucks or Krogers openly carrying firearms just to make a point in ‘open-carry’ states. It seems counterproductive to the cause.

Gotta Love That Pushback!

We’re starting to see some resistance to the massive overreach of this federal government. According to PrisonPlanet gun owners in Connecticut have refused in mass to bend to the state’s requirement to register all military-style (whatever the hell that means) rifles with the state police by December 31, 2014. But by Jan 1st as few as 50,000 weapons (and 38,000 magazines) of possibly 2.4 million of these weapons according to estimates by those in the industry, had been registered.

Round two in the spat had the state of Connecticut issuing statements that anyone in violation would be arrested and charged with felonies!

Overnight thousands of people who had been law abiding citizens were re-cast as felons, people who now risk arrest, prosecution, fines, jail time, loss of revenue, jobs, their rights to vote and own a gun.

The state of Connecticut is making lists of firearm owners to raid. In answer to the state list, patriot activist Mike Vanderboegh has come up with a list of his own. A list of those state legislators who voted in favor of the recently passed gun registrations laws in the state. Vanderboegh’s list includes home addresses, photos and home phone numbers of the offending lawmakers saying “sometimes you just have to fight fire with fire.”

“These anti-constitutional tyrants will have blood on their hands the moment the first Connecticut citizen is shot by the CT state police while carrying out their orders.”

A Right Is A Right -Except When That Right Is NEVER Allowed!

Hawaii’s Right to Carry law is ludicrous in it’s obvious absurdity. Its justification and ultimate approval is left entirely to the Chief of Police of the respective counties and according to NRA’s gun laws by State,

“We have been advised that the County Police Departments (of the State of Hawaii) will not approve a Concealed Carry license for any reason.“

Right to Carry, or CCW (carrying a concealed weapon), as it is known in gun rights parlance refers to the practice of carrying a handgun or other weapon in public in a concealed manner, either on one’s person or in close proximity.

Forty-nine states allow citizens to carry concealed weapons, Illinois being the only exception. Illinois has until May 2013 to draft a CCW law after its ban on carrying concealed weapons was overturned in December by a federal appeals court and declared unconstitutional. The judge in that case wrote in the majority opinion:

“The Supreme Court has decided that the 2nd Amendment confers a right to bear arms for self-defense, which is as important outside the home as inside.”

Illinois’ ban was overturned with the help of the Second Amendment Foundation and 2 individuals who filed suit. Sounds like there needs to be a test cast against Hawaii’s virtual ban on Concealed Carry.

We have got to start doing things another way!

Is every single thing he says a fracking lie? I’ll let you be the judge.

“Yes, in fact up at Camp David, we do skeet shooting all the time.” (Obama in response to New Republic Magazine’s question, “had he ever fired a gun?”).

And the White House released a photo just yesterday (Saturday) dated Aug. 4, 2012 showing Obama shooting clay targets on the range at Camp David.

But the National Rifle Association has a problem with this, saying “one picture does not erase a lifetime of supporting every gun ban and every gun-control scheme imaginable”. A top official with the National Skeet Shooting Association suggests if him shoot skeet is true, Obama is certainly a novice. Some skeptics reason that it can’t be skeet or trap shooting with the weapon nearly level to the ground.

The White House wants you to know, he’s one of us.

“In skeet shooting, you’re either shooting high or you’re shooting low. This is nothing but pandering to sportsmen and hunters.”

Pander? Our President? Uh yeah maybe just a little. No, in fact that’s his stock in trade. He panders to blacks, women, the homeless, teachers, Muslims, gays, Hispanics, Wall Street, big business, big Pharma, UNIONS!, illegal aliens, environmentalists and so forth. Anyone for a few votes.

NO NATIONAL GUN REGISTRY! Join in America’s First National Gun Appreciation Day

Any sort of a national gun registry or national gun registration database is just a precursor to confiscation. Nobama has had gun control and confiscation on his radar for a long time. If we give one inch more his big ole’ foot is that much further in that door.

American’s first National Gun Appreciation Day is tomorrow, Jan 19th 2013.

The U.S. Constitution delegated only 16 discrete powers to the federal government according to Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, and all of those powers concern nationhood. The federal government is authorized to regulate in areas of national defense, foreign affairs, keeping interstate commerce regular, establishing a post office, protecting patents & artistic creations, and keeping the nation free.

The areas of health, safety, welfare and morality were NOT delegated to the feds and were retained by the states.

More restrictive gun control is an infringement of our Constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms.

Criminals will not and do not follow current gun laws, it only serves to restrict honest people. I will never support a government official who suggests for, votes for or approves of stricter back-ground checks, a national back ground check data base or ANY type of national gun registry.

Eleven Armed Guards At Sasha & Melia’s School

Are the President’s kids more important that yours? No of course not, but among the elite it doesn’t matter.

NObama is too smart crafty and wily to completely cross the line by banning guns. The 23 separate executive actions he will sign contain words and phrases like-

• The administration will issue a memorandum . . .  to make relevant data available to the federal background check system
• Address unnecessary legal barriers in HIPAA laws that prevent states from ratting us out
• Improve incentives to share information with the background check system
• Direct Attorney General to review categories of people prohibited from having a gun
• Propose rule making; provide guidance; Launch a safe and responsible gun ownership campaign; Review safety standards; Release a DOJ report on lost & stolen guns; nominate ATF director, Maximize efforts; Issue Presidential Memorandum to CDC to research causes; Clarify that doctor can ask patients about guns; Develop model emergency response plans; Clarify the scope of mental health services Medicaid must cover; Finalize regs on essential health benefits with Affordable Care Act; Commit to finalizing mental health parity regs; Launch national dialogue . . . . bla-blady-bla-bla.

It’s all bureaucratic gobble-di-gook!

It’s gonna be another “feel-good, make work” program that costs a ton of money (we don’t have) and it will accomplish no meaningful change in gun violence but goes a long way to chop, chop, chop away at our liberties.

They will make it more expensive, more time-consuming & more onerous to own, buy and register guns or buy and store ammo. Basically this reduces your ability to protect yourselves against criminals with guns, but far more importantly it’s another step (drip, drip, drip) to disarming the citizenry and removing the last stop-gap between us and tyranny.
